Overview

Jashore, Khulna, Bagerhat and Satkhira are adjacent districts in Khulna division. The Sundarbans forest area extends across Khulna, Bagerhat and Satkhra among these fours. The areas are familiar for shrimp cultivation. Some significant tourists places make the areas important and attractive to the tourists.

The Sundarbans is the largest forested forest in the world and the largest mangrove forest in the coastal environment. In 1997, Sundarban was recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Sundarbans is a vast forest in the coastal region of the Bay of Bengal and in Satkhira area the Sundarbans is connected to the India’s part.

The tour covers the significant places of Fultola which has a great significant with the memory of great Bengali poet Rabindranath Thakur for his in-laws house. This house is known as ‘Dhakhindihi Rabindra Complex’. The tour covers other two significant places of Bagerhat district – the Sat Gombuj Masjid and Khan Jahan Ali Mazar. Here one will find the Bagerhat Museum. It covers the spicy delicious food of Chuknagar. Finally the trip rounds in the Sundarbans Satkhira Kalagachia Range by boat. The trip also touches the place significant for Khanbahadur Ahsanullah at Nalta of Satkhira where he sleeps forever.

Itinerary

Start

You’ll start from Dhaka in the morning.

Day-1

You’ll reach at Jashore or Khulna at the evening.
You’ll check in rooms and get refreshed.
You’ll have your dinner and night hold in Hotel.

Day-2

After having breakfast you’ll travel to Dakhindihi Rabindra Complex. Then you’ll go straight to Khan Jahan Ali Mazar in Bagerhat and Sat Gombuj Masjid. Here you’ll also find the Bagerhat Museum.
Then you’ll go to lunch. After lunch you’ll travel to Munshiganj, Satkhira.
You’ll check in hotel and have your dinner; you’ll night hold in hotel.

Day-3

After breakfast, you’ll start for Kalagachia Range of Sundarbans by boat.
Getting back to hotel you’ll have your lunch and start for Khulna.
On the way you’ll have a stop in Khanbahadur Ahsanullah’s Mazar.
You’ll have your dinner in Khulna and start for Dhaka.

End

You’ll reach in Dhaka early in the morning.

Tips

This package is suitable for Winter and Spring. Sundarbans trip is not suitable in summer or rainy season. Also the cyclone-prone season should be avoided to travel in the Sundarbans.

Another 25% of declared price shall be paid 48 hours prior of the travel date.
Rest of the amount shall be paid before completion of the tour.

50% of the Reservation Fee shall be paid back if the client cancels tour more than 72 hours prior of the travel date.
No refund if the client cancels tour 72 hours prior or less than 72 hours prior of the travel date.
