Shongkhochil mainly arranges customized packages as per clients’ demand and requirement. Moreover, we declare general travel packages time to time about which you know from our site as well as our facebook page.
Do you organize package for individual?
We organize travel package for individual, families, groups etc. as per clients’ demand. We also attach individual traveler to any group if anyone feels comfort. In that case cost will be shared within the group.
Do you have any package in abroad?
Shongkhochil currently organize packages in India. We are going to spread our packages to other Asian countries soon.
Do you organize travel as a whole package or a part of a package?
Both are possible as per clients’ requirement.
How do you fix the customized packages?
If any clients demand for customized travel package then we first discuss about client’s requirement in case of accommodation, food, transport etc. and collect information about duration and choice of places to travel. Then we prepare a primary plan and discussion continues till to finalized the plan. Once the plan is agreed then the package is locked for budget. Then the negotiation discussion of budget continues and after agreeing the plan and budget the client has to pay the advance amount to confirm the package. Finally, the full payment is to pay as per discussion – sometimes prior of travel, during the travel or after completion the travel.
What is the refundable policy of advance?
Generally, no compensation is paid 72 hours prior the journey starts. Other compensation varies as per discussion with clients for different packages.
What is the payment method?
Payment is possible through bank account or mobile banking. In case of mobile banking the transaction fee is added to the bill.
How can I complain about any issue?
Clients are most welcome about any complain issues prior, post or during his or her travel through our mail address. Shongkhochil is very serious to take clients’ valuable comments about its services. We respond within possible shortest period of time. Clients may also give review in our review system in the website about his or her experience with our service.
